Morusinol efficiently inhibits M2-like polarization of macrophages in vitro

The emergence of natural products and their derivatives has notably influenced cancer treatment, making morusinol, an herbal medicine-derived monomer, a promising candidate. To comprehensively assess the impact of morusinol on immune function, we conducted whole transcriptome analysis (RNA sequencing, RNAseq) on macrophages treated with either vehicle or morusinol. The macrophages were treated with either vehicle or morusinol for 12 h, followed by RNA sequencing analysis.
