In this work, Bi2O3 was modified with metallic Sn to convert carbon dioxide into formic acid. Theoretically, the density of states and Gibbs free energy is calculated. Therefore, we present the data of the atomic coordinates of the optimized computation model of the bismuth oxide and the tin-modified bismuth oxide.
