Bulk RNA-seq analysis of ATF3 kncokdown on HRMECs

To investigate the role of ATF3 in vascular endothelial cells, gene expression profiling analysis was performed using RNA-seq data from human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (HRMECs) transfected with ATF3 siRNA. Overall design: HRMECs were treated with negative control or ATF3 siRNA for 24 hours and comparative gene expression profiling analysis was performed using RNA-seq data.
