We previously reported that colorectal cancer sphere cells express CD44v6, which is required for their migration and generation of metastatic tumors. The goal of this study is to compare NGS-derived transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) obtained from enriched CD44v6+ and CD44v6- fractions from sphere cells harboring different mutations.
