Data accompanying the GitHub repository bartonlab/paper-epi-backprojection

This dataset contains data from evolutionary simulations of back-projection for SARS-CoV-2 that accompany the GitHub repository bartonlab/paper-epi-backprojection. The GitHub repository contains code and analyzed data for reproducing results described in the manuscript "Back-projection improves inference from sparsely sampled genomic surveillance data."
