This repository includes the trained transformer-based model for the full Cryo2StructData dataset, as well as the training and validation split files. These split files categorize density map EMD-IDs into low, medium, and high resolutions. The dataset is divided into two subsets: a training dataset containing 6,652 maps and a validation dataset containing 740 maps, with a division ratio of 90% and 10%, respectively.
