Effect of Hirudin,Curcumin or Buyang Huanwu Formulas Exposure on Gene Expression of UUO rats

We performed RNA-Seq analysis to investigate the gene expression patterns in the kidneys of rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) treated with hirudin, curcumin or Buyang Huanwu Formula(BHF). The SD rats were randomly divided into a sham group, a unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) group, a UUO curcumin-treated group, a UUO hirudin-treated group and a UUO BHF-treated group, with three rats in each group. 40 IU/kg/d was administered intravenously caudally in the hirudin-treated group, while 20 ml/kg/d and 27 ml/kg/d were administered intragastrically in the UUO curcumin-treated and UUO BHF-treated groups, respectively, and sanitary saline (SPSS) was administered intravenously caudally in the UUO and Sham groups. All rats in each group underwent left unilateral ureteral obstruction, except for the Sham group.
