Aelurostrongylus abstrusus isolate:Zurich isolate Genome sequencing

Aelurostrongylus abstrusus is a feline lungworm which cause chronic respiratory disease in cats. To our knowledge, currently, genome or transcriptome sequence of the parasite is not available. Thus, in this project, we sequenced and assembled the genome of the parasite using Oxford nanopore sequencing. Along with the genome sequence, we also sequenced transcriptome of the parasite that was used for polishment and annotation of the genome.
