EPIC1 is reported to interact with MYC through and promote cell-cycle progression. EPIC1 regulate the occupancy of MYC to its target genes. Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation assays followed by sequencing (ChIP-Seq) of MYC in MCF-7 cells with EPIC1 knockdown or overexpression.
