35408 subbasin polygons (mean size 215 km2) as used in the EHYPE 3 European HYPE model set-up. Tailored by SMHI from topography, lake, and gauging station information. Original data source: Topography from Hydrosheds and Hydro1K (for latitude > 60°) (WWF & USGS); GGLWD for lake area and distribution (Lehner and Döll, 2004); Global Runoff Data Centre, European Water Archive (EWA), Baltex Hydrological Data Centre (BHDC) for gauging station locations. Tools for repurposing: WHIST. Data format: Polygon shape file.
