By combining data from multiple sources including the GISAID database, Wikipedia, Twitter, news reports and research articles, it offers genome-epidemiology matching information, and enables visualization of viral variants and epidemiological cases, regional genomic epidemiological characteristics, as well as the relationship between viral genomes and clinical conditions.
