Differences in gene expression between multicellular spheres and adherent cell of tongue cancer cell lines CAL27 and HSC3

To investigate the differences in gene expression between multicellular spheres and adherent cell of tongue cancer cell, We compared the difference in gene expression between CAL27 and HSC3 cultured in suspension culture and adherent culture. Overall design: CAL27 and HSC3 cell lines cultured in suspended culture (DMEM/F12 with 2% B27, 10ng/ml EGF and 10ng/ml bFGF in low adhesion culture plate, at 7th day) and under adherent conditions (DMEM/F12 with 10% FBS, at logarithmic period) were collected. Gene expression profiling were analyzed in these cells.
