Analysis of genes differentially expressed between high and low permissive Huh-7 based cell lines (log-fold change >0.3 or [46], [47], [48], [49] and virus-host protein interaction [45] data as described, yielding a list of 17 host factors that are differentially expressed between the high and low permissive cells, that correlate with replication permissiveness in the eight cell lines used, and that have previously been shown to be associated with HCV infection or replication.
