These tables summarize the full results of our proteome-wide Mendelian randomization analyses, encompassing all tested proteins and analytical approaches. Cis‑pQTLs were used to assess the causal effects of circulating proteins on early-onset asthma (EOA) and early-onset asthma–related chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
