RNA seq analysis of replicatively senescent and DNA-damage-induced senescent WI-38 cells, as well as proliferating WI-38 cells as a control. To induce cellular senescence by DNA damage, proliferating WI-38 cells were treated with etoposide 20uM 4days and then incubated in a fresh medium for 7days.
