GNPS - Differential Metabolomic Signatures in Plasma and Urine Under Mild and Moderate Hypothermia During Cardiopulmonary Bypass

Untargeted metabolomic profiling of plasma and urine samples from patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) under mild or moderate hypothermia. Samples were collected at three time points: preoperative (T0), intraoperative (T1), and postoperative (T2). Both plasma and urine were analyzed using GC_MS and LC_qTOF_MS platforms. Plasma and Urine samples were extracted using cold methanol (9:1, v/v), and urine samples were pretreated with urease prior to extraction.
