Genome sequencing and assembly of Bradyrhizobium sp. PUT101 isolated from landfill biocover

This project involves the genome sequencing and assembly of Bradyrhizobium sp. strain PUT101, isolated from a landfill biocover sample collected in Poznan, Poland. The strain was recovered from a methane-only enrichment as part of research into methane-tolerant bacteria associated with landfill environments. The assembled genome will provide insights into the adaptation, physiology, and potential environmental roles of Bradyrhizobium in methane-rich niches.
