Processed transcriptomicdata for rice varietal intercropping study

This dataset contains the processed transcriptomic (RNA-seq) supporting the findings of the study “Rice varietal intercropping mediates resistance to rice blast through root-secreted organic acids.” It includes normalized expression matrices, differential expression results, GO and KEGG enrichment analyses, sample information, and a README file. These processed data were used in the analyses presented in the manuscript.
