This repository contains the source code, raw input data, and processed output data associated with the research paper: Assessment of Future Meteorological Droughts in Iran. --- This repository contains the Python scripts, Jupyter Notebooks, and the meteorological and drought data used for the assessment and analysis of meteorological drought in a specified region. It includes:* Raw meteorological data (precipitation, temperature, etc.) for the study area.* Processed drought indices data (SPI and SPEI).* Code for data preprocessing and cleaning.* Scripts for calculating standard drought indices.* Visualization tools for analyzing drought patterns and time series. This release, v1.0.0, marks the first stable version of the code and associated datasets for public archiving on Zenodo, ensuring long-term preservation and citability.
