plantiSMASH-2.0.4 database (with internal cyclopeptide repeat detection only)

A version of the precalculated results for the plantiSMASH database (hosted at plantismash.bioinformatics.nl/precalc/) using the --require-internal-cyclopeptide-repeats flag from plantiSMASH-2.0.4 release https://github.com/plantismash/plantismash/releases/tag/plantismash-2.0.4 This is a more restrictive mining method for putative cyclopeptide BGCs, leading to fewer proposed cyclopeptide hits. plantiSMASH is ran using the clusterBLAST database available at https://zenodo.org/records/17396002
