Dataset: Zeolite-catalyzed one-pot sucrose-to-HMF transformation: Ge outperforms Sn, Zr, and Al sites

The dataset contains the data supporting the publication in Microporous and Mesoporous Materials, Volume 378 (2024), Article 113234. It includes XRD patterns, N2 physisorption isotherms, microscopy images, IR, UV-Vis and NMR spectra of the studied materials as well as their catalytic behaviour in transfromation of sucrose to HMF in terms of conversion, selectivity and yield.
