NGS whole-cell SELEX against Aspergillus niger

In this study, whole-cell SELEX was optimized for fungal conidia of Aspergillus niger. Three independent whole-cell SELEX experiments were performed which led to the identification and selection of species-specific aptamers against A. niger conidia.
