资源简介:

Reproducibility package for the manuscript "Climate, not invasion, is the dominant driver of native wasp community change: a multi-method framework for managing honeybee predation under global warming," submitted to Journal of Applied Ecology (2026). The package contains: - Three weekly Vespa monitoring CSV files (Forest, A. mellifera apiary, A. cerana apiary; 2019–2025; 635 site-week observations across 19 site-year clusters; 10,442 total captures of five sympatric Vespa species). - A single-file Python script (reproduce.py) that reproduces every numerical value reported in the manuscript Tables 1–5 and Figures 1–7 from the raw CSV inputs. - A frozen reference values JSON file documenting all 59 statistical values verified against the script output. - README and DATA_DICTIONARY (English-only, UTF-8 ASCII). The script implements: univariate Poisson GAM thermal niche fits, multivariate GAM Climate Suitability Index, variance partitioning with bootstrap CIs, GEE with Exchangeable and AR(1) correlation structures, season-stratified GEE, structural equation modelling (semopy), Granger causality, and dose–response analysis. Runtime: 6–10 minutes on a standard 2024 laptop. Dependencies: pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, matplotlib, pygam. The dataset is released under CC BY 4.0. If you reuse this material, please cite both this Zenodo record and the journal article (citation will be updated upon acceptance). Funded by the Rural Development Administration (RDA), Republic of Korea, under research project RS-2023-00232224.
