The research explores the role of GLYATL1 in the development of LIHC. The uploaded data file includes assessments of the effect of GLYATL1 in LIHC tumorigenesis, which includes cell proliferation, migration ability, and stemness markers. In addition, metabolic effects such as glutamine and lipid metabolism were also evaluated. Moreover, cell death and immune effect were also found to be influenced by GLYATL1.
