Given global manufacturing restructuring and escalating risks, analyzing and enhancing supply chain resilience is of great significance, and the automotive supply chain is a critical system supporting the industrial economy. Therefore, this paper models Chang'an multi-layered supply chain network using complex network theory to analyze its topological structure. Additionally, resilience metrics for leader-driven supply chain networks are proposed, followed by evaluating their resilience performance under random and targeted attacks. Finally, strategies for enhancing resilience are discussed. The results indicate that Chang'an supply chain network exhibits a power-law structure with short path length and shows higher vulnerability to targeted than random attacks, with the integrated network being more resilient than the functional one. The decentralized configuration strategy can effectively enhance the resilience of functional supply chain networks. Our study provides valuable insights into enhancing the Chang'an-led supply chain network resilience in the face of targeted attacks. <b>Highlights</b>This study constructs a three-tier supply chain network model based on the classification of upstream suppliers in a leader-driven supply chain.It proposes a set of resilience evaluation metrics tailored to leader-driven supply chains.It systematically analyzes the structural characteristics of the leader-driven supply chain and its resilience performance under different attack scenarios.
