To further identify resistance mechanisms and reasonable solutions to improve efficacy of PARP inhibitor using in SCLC is critical. We performed proteomic analyses by isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification(ITRAQ) to observe the protein distribution in the nucleus and cytoplasm before/after BMN673 treatment. Subcellular fractions of nucleus and cytoplasm extracted from H196 SCLC cell line were subjected to proteomics with the Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Extraction Reagents.
