Time course of measles infection in healthy human airway epithelial cell cultures

The goal of this study was to examine changes in gene expression over time in healthy human airway epithelia infected with measles virus. Primary human airway epithelia were infected with measles, prepared for RNA sequencing, and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 4000 system using 2x150bp paired end SBS chemistry.
