C19ORF66 broadly escapes viral-induced endonuclease cleavage and restricts Kaposi's Sarcoma Associated Herpesvirus (KSHV)

We report the application of RNA-seq to identify the mRNA targets of 4 herpesviral endonucleases and uncovered a cluster of transcripts escaping degradation from all tested endonucleases.
