SRA of liverwort treatment under red light

Marchantia polymorpha L. subsp. ruderalis accession Takaragaike-1 was used as the wild-type. M. polymorpha plants were cultured on half-strength B5 medium, with continuous white light in an incubator. For RNA-sequencing of M. polymorpha under red light treatment, twelve-day-old gemmalings were subjected to dark conditions for 24 h, and then gemmalings were irradiated red light for 2 h. Control samples were kept in the dark condition, and both the treatment and control cultures had three biological replicates. Plant materials was frozen in liquid nitrogen and total RNA was separately extracted from different cultures using RNAprep Pure Plant Plus Kit. RNA purity was measured using the NanoPhotometer spectrophotometer and quality of RNA was evaluated by gel electrophoresis.
