资源简介:

This repository contains the processed datasets, analytical source code, supplementary tables, and figure source data underlying an analysis of the burden of lower respiratory infections attributable to Aspergillus spp. and other fungi in Asia using estimates from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2023.The archived datasets include age-standardized and age-specific estimates of mortality and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), stratified by location, Asian region, year, sex, age group, and fungal attribution category. Historical estimates generally cover 1990–2023. The repository also includes country-level results, estimated annual percentage changes, health-inequality results, decomposition results, age-period-cohort outputs, Bayesian age-period-cohort projections, supplementary tables, and source data for the principal figures.Data sources: Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), Global Burden of Disease Study 2023. The files contain modeled, aggregated estimates and do not include individual-level or personally identifiable information. The R scripts are preserved as analytical source code. Some scripts retain legacy local file paths and dependencies on external software or locally sourced helper functions. Users should review the README and adapt these paths before execution. Joinpoint analyses require the US National Cancer Institute Joinpoint Regression Program, while Bayesian age-period-cohort analyses require the relevant R packages, including BAPC and INLA.Users are responsible for complying with the applicable IHME/GBD terms of use and citation requirements.
