资源简介:

The Harmonic Tuning Plate System (HTPS) is a novel thermal shielding concept designed for reusable spacecraft, integrating vibrational frequency dynamics to actively mitigate heat stress during atmospheric reentry. Unlike traditional ceramic tile arrangements, HTPS leverages layered metal composites and precision-oscillating plates tuned to specific frequencies (e.g., 230 Hz and its harmonics) to redistribute energy and reduce localized heat concentrations. This system is based on principles from Rendered Frame Theory (RFT), allowing real-time adaptive modulation of vibrational patterns to counteract plasma-induced stress, surface turbulence, and material fatigue. In simulated test runs, HTPS demonstrated significant reductions in peak thermal stress and erosion hotspots, positioning it as a breakthrough in the quest for reusable and resilient reentry shielding. This submission includes engineering rationale, material composition, frequency calibration data, and thermal dissipation profiles suitable for peer validation and further development.
