Data underlying the Research on Anti-CD79b/CD3 Bispecific Antibody Enhances Anti-tumor Effects of CAR19-T Cells in B-cell Lymphoma

This dataset was generated to comfirm that a new constructed anti-CD79b/CD3 bispecific antibody could enhanced T cells or CAR19 T cells cytoxicity to B-cell lymphoma in vitro and in vivo.This is a original research by cell and anminal expriment.Most data was collected by flow cytometric analysis, using flowjo V10 to analyse the original fsc file and Graphpad Prism9 to make a graph; SDS-PAGE and Western blot image were took by Tanon-3500 gel imaging system; And other details can be found in the corresponding article.The type of final data includes images ,docx and pdf.

本数据集旨在验证新型构建的抗CD79b/CD3双特异性抗体（anti-CD79b/CD3 bispecific antibody）可在体外及体内增强T细胞或CAR19 T细胞对B细胞淋巴瘤的细胞杀伤活性。本研究为基于细胞与动物实验的原创性研究。大部分数据通过流式细胞术分析获取，使用FlowJo V10软件对原始FSC文件进行分析，并采用GraphPad Prism9软件绘制图表；SDS-PAGE与Western印迹（Western blot）成像图均通过Tanon-3500凝胶成像系统拍摄获取；其余详细信息可参阅相关研究论文。最终提交的数据类型包含图像文件、DOCX文档及PDF文档。
