A Simplified Method for Evaluating Biocompatibility Using Molecular Dynamics Simulations: Data Sharing This repository contains the data used for the molecular dynamics (MD) calculations and the analysis reported in the paper. Please first refer to READ ME.txt for an overview of the files and data included in this repository. The raw data and simulation conditions obtained from the MD calculations are provided in the attached ZIP file. The .xlsx file contains the raw data used to generate the figures and tables in the paper. Each sheet in the file corresponds to a figure or table number in the manuscript.
