This dataset contains NA12878-based simulated data for GRCh37 and GRCh38 from "Integrative reconstruction of cancer genome karyotypes using InfoGenomeR". Simulated data were generated and described at https://github.com/dmcblab/InfoGenomeR_simulation. It contains input files to run InfoGenomeR (https://github.com/dmcblab/InfoGenomeR), and corresponding output files.
