Long read datasets for study of 22q11.2 region

This is a dataset related to the study of 22q11.2 region. This dataset contains long-read datasets for human samples HG01888 and NA19315 that were reported to carry a heterozygous inversion at 22q11.2 region. For sample HG01888 there are only high-fidelity (HiFi) PacBio reads while for sample NA19315 there are both HiFi and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) reads. This is dataset also contains Strand-seq data for 13 samples from 1000 Genome Project (HG01883, HG02562, HG02563, HG02611, HG03112, NA18870, NA18872, NA19152, NA19154, NA19221, NA19223, HG01102, HG01103) as well as pooled Strand-seq data (Porubsky et al. Cell 2022).
