Mahonia fortunei genome: protein (pep), coding sequences (CDS) and annotation files

This dataset provides the telomere-to-telomere (T2T) genome resources of Mahonia fortunei, including predicted protein sequences (pep), coding sequences (CDS), and genome annotation files. The genome assembly was generated using PacBio HiFi, Illumina, and Hi-C data, and annotated using a combination of EDTA, Helixer, EVM, and RNA-seq evidence. These resources can be used for comparative genomics, gene family analysis, and studies of defense-related pathways in Mahonia and other Ranunculales species. Version 1.0.
