Effect of the exosomes from cardiopulmonary progenitors on gene expression of H9C2 cells

To investigate the function of exosomes from cardiopulmonary progenitors in the regulation of gene expression in endothelial cells.We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of H9C2 treated with or without CPPs exosomes.为探究心肺祖细胞（cardiopulmonary progenitors, CPPs）来源的外泌体（exosomes）在内皮细胞（endothelial cells）基因表达调控中的功能，我们借助经CPPs外泌体处理与未处理的H9C2细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，开展了基因表达谱分析。
