In order to explore the influence of AM-ZHY1 on the structure of intestinal flora, after thefeeding experiment, DNA was extracted with Fast DNA spin kit, and the 16S rRNA was amplified with U341F and U806. The high throughput sequencing of gut microbes was done by MajorBio, and the sequencing platform was the Illumina HiSeq platform.
