膀胱癌是指发生在膀胱黏膜上的恶性肿瘤,是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外,还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。
Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor arising in the bladder mucosa, and is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell analyses. The DNA analysis workflow covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis, and CNV variant analysis. For RNAseq analysis, in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression profiling, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis includes cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory inference, and transcription factor analysis.
