Gene expression profile of DLBCL cells emerged in Cg1-Cre Spi1 KO mice

We performed RNA-seq analysis and compared the differences in gene expression between tumor cells from Cγ1-Cre Spi1 KO mice and B cells from PU.1-loxP mice. We performed RNA-seq analysis of tumor cells from Cγ1-Cre Spi1 KO mice and B cells from PU.1-loxP mice. We analyzed DLBCL cells from three Cγ1-Cre Spi1 KO mice and splenic B cells from two Cγ1-Cre Spi1 KO mice with mild splenomegaly. We also analyzed B cells from spleen of two PU.1-loxP mice. B220+ cells were purified using B220 magnetic beads (Miltenyi Biotec) and RNAs were extracted using Trizol reagent (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen). We next compared the differences in gene expression between tumor cells from Cγ1-Cre Spi1 KO mice and those from Spi1-loxP mice.
