Data for: The interaction between metabolic rate, habitat choice, and resource use in a polymorphic freshwater species

Raw respirometry data and respirometry code Data.xlsx is the data about each fish that was used for all analyses including Stable Isotope values, length, weight, sex, and habitat. This is the data that is used in the R code. Example code of the models used in our analyses TEF_metabolism.xlsx is data on the fish that were kept in the lab for almost a year.
