RNA‑seq analysis of diquat‑induced neurotoxicity in Caenorhabditis elegans and rata data

RNA‑Seq transcriptomic profiling of C. elegans (exposed starting at L4 stage) treated with 1 mM diquat for 48 h (exposed group, n=3) versus untreated controls (control group, n=3). Differential expression analysis was performed with |log2FC| ≥ 1 and P < 0.05. The dataset aims to investigate diquat‑induced neurotoxicity and motor dysfunction. The excel contains the raw and processed data supporting the findings of the study investigating the neurotoxic effects of diquat (DQ) in Caenorhabditis elegans.
