NK-specific grp94 deficiency decreased mature NK cells in mice, and these grp94-deficient NK cells exhibited undermined activation, cytotoxicity, and IFN-gamma production upon stimulation and weakened response to IL-15 for maturation. NK-specific grp94-deficient mice were prone to tumor growth in vivo. To validate our assumption, scRNA seq was performed on WT and grp94-KO splenic NK cells.
