The data supporting this study were obtained from comprehensive experimental and analytical investigations on Sulfated ZrO₂–Al₂O₃ nanocomposites synthesized using a microwave-assisted method. The dataset provides detailed insights into the influence of synthesis conditions on the structural, textural, and catalytic properties of the materials. The characterization data include: • X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns confirming crystalline phases and structural integrity. • Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectra identifying sulfate incorporation and surface functional groups. • Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) micrographs and Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectra providing morphological and compositional information. • BET surface area and pore size distribution data describing the textural properties of the nanocomposites. • Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) data evaluating the thermal stability and sulfate retention of the samples. The catalytic data include conversion percentages, selectivity values, and recyclability performance results obtained from acid-catalyzed model reactions under optimized conditions. These datasets collectively establish correlations between structural parameters and catalytic efficiency.
