We compared the impact of Serratia liquefaciens CL-1 and Bacillus thuringiensis X30 on the Cd immobilization, pH, and polyamine production in the solution. Meanwhile, the impact of strains CL-1 and X30 on the rapeseed growth and Cd accumulation of oilseed rape in Cd-polluted soil was also compared.
