16 SrDNA Sequencing of intestinal flora

Our data are used to study the changes in the intestinal flora of ulcerative colitis rats treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Colitis was induced in rats with dextran sulfate sodium. After administration of herbal treatment, the changes of intestinal flora in the faeces of ulcerative colitis rats were compared with those of herbal-treated ulcerative colitis rats.
