R Code Dataset for "Let them fight: Using finite element analysis to determine combative evolutionary drivers of ceratopsian horns"

This dataset contains R Code, input spreadsheets and output figures for the various combat tests used for a study on ceratopsian combat styles. Mesh-Weighted Arithmetic Mean and scaled elemental stresses taken into account. To use the R Code: -Go to Session>Set Work Directory>Choose Work Directory and set it to the "Work Directory" folder within ThesisRCode.zip-Run each simulation one at a time. You may need to reset the Work Directory to the "Work Directory Folder" if you get an error.-For the Horn-Only model tests, set the Work Directory to "Horn Keratin Sheath Test", might need to reset it for each simulation
