This dataset comprises structured tables summarising the characteristics of empirical studies included in a scoping review on employee attitudes and perceptions towards the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in workplace settings. The data include study-level information on country, sector, design, sample size, participant demographics, psychometric instruments, antecedents, mediators, moderators, and outcomes, as well as psychometric quality assessments and critical appraisals. The collection enables comparative analysis across countries, sectors, and occupational groups, supporting research on the adoption, acceptance, and impact of AI in diverse organisational contexts. The tables are intended to facilitate secondary analysis, evidence synthesis, and the development of evidence-based management strategies and interventions for AI implementation in the workplace.
