R Code to generate reporting delay adjusted epidemiological incidence curves

An example data set from the 2018-19 Ebola outbreak has been provided along with the code. The data set includes the dates of symptom onset, dates of reporting and the unadjusted case incidence. The code includes the main R code file along with the supporting functions of the main file.Dates of symptom onset and reporting need to be converted into a number format and line listed in two columns stored in a txt. file.
