The general goal of the project is to develop and implement genomic technologies and processes in the a tertiary public paediatric hospital of the Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, in order to improve the genomic diagnosis accuracy of paediatric diseases, and to establish the technical and conceptual framework for prospective preclinical and clinical research studies leading to the personalisation of therapeutics, and prevention strategies.
